Can we have a sample before bulk production?

Yes, sure! A sample before production is necessary. We can provide a free sample to you if we have one, but freight will be collected on your side. For custom design, we will need to charge a certain sampling cost, which can be refundable if your quantity reaches.

Do you accept customized?

Yes. You can design your logo on the spout and cap; you can also design the spout and cap by your side.
We will produce samples according to your designs. After you confirm the sample.

For payment
What is your terms of payment?

We accept payment as below:
1. 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
2. 100% T/T in advance for a small payment.

For after-sales
What is your aftersales policy?

When discharging the goods at the customers' end, please inspect all the cartons.
If you find any breakage or defective products, please take pictures of the original cartons. Please present the claim within 15 working days after the container is discharged. This date is subject to the arrival time of the container.
We will advise certifying the claim by the third party or accepting the claim based on the samples or pictures presented by the customers. If the damage or defect is confirmed to have been caused by us, we will replace all the goods or refund the money to the customers.

How quick can you deliver the order to us?

For most regular items, we have them in stock which can be sent within 3 - 7days. Please contact for stocked details. However, for those that need customizing, it requires about 7 - 25days for production, depending on your quantity/your logo/whether need create moulds or not.
