Using the latest Injection Machine/Automatic Liner Machine/Automatic Flip Cap Machine/ Plastic Mixing Machine/Hot Stamping Machine , we achieve high production efficiency.
More than 300 plastic bottle caps have been developed and 5 product patents have been obtained. Equipped with 22 automatic injection molding machines, 18 high-speed automatic manipulators, 11 automatic clamshell machines, 4 automatic gasketing machines, 5 high-speed conveyor belts, 10 hot stamping machines, 20 supporting equipment, and an annual production capacity of 300 million Caps.
