Do you accept customized?

Yes. You can design your logo on the spout and cap; you can also design the spout and cap by your side.
We will produce samples according to your designs. After you confirm the sample.

What happen in case any quality problem is identified after arrival?

We take full responsibility for any manufacturing defect, would either refund or reship good products to you.

What are shipping options?

Usually, we suggest shipping by sea based on a certain quantity because it is cheaper and safer. For small quantities, we usually suggest shipping by air, which is much faster.

What we should do if the products have quality issues?

We would replace all the products which have quality problems.

What are your terms of payment?

1. T/T (30% in advance, the balance before shipment).
2. For small orders less than USD 5,000, in order to save the bank transfer for both of us, we need 100% in advance.
