What is your aftersales policy?
When discharging the goods at the customers' end, please inspect all the cartons.
If you find any breakage or defective products, please take pictures of the original cartons. Please present the claim within 15 working days after the container is discharged. This date is subject to the arrival time of the container.
We will advise certifying the claim by the third party or accepting the claim based on the samples or pictures presented by the customers. If the damage or defect is confirmed to have been caused by us, we will replace all the goods or refund the money to the customers.
How many days to receive sample ? What's your delivery time ?
About 3-5 days to get sample. Usually, it takes about 10–15 days for production; it also depends on the quality and quantity of the goods.
About OEM
Welcome! You can send your own design of glass product and logo; we can open a new mold and print or emboss any logo for you.Model, size, color, logo, printing, lid, and individual packaging (paper box, paper tube and so on.) can all be customized.
What is the trade terms and payment terms?
Trade terms: FOB &CIF ,C&F . Payment term : T/T , 30% as deposit , 70% before shipping .
