1. We will make samples before mass production and test them.
2. After sample approved, we will begin mass production.
3. Doing 100% inspection during production;
4. Doing random inspection before packing;
5. Taking pictures after packing.
What's your capacity?
We now have more than 20,000 square meters of workshop space and 60 sets of injection and blower auto machines and 60 sets of auto-assembly and inspection machines. The annual capacity is more than 2,000,000,000 pieces.
What's the process of Customized product?
1. Mold design from product drawings or samples.
2. Confirm the drawings with the customer.
3. Make molds.
4. T1 test and send samples to the customer for adjustment.
5. Adjust the mold, retest and send samples to the customer for approval.
6. Receive confirmation from the customer.
7. Send out molds or arrange series production.
What is your MOQ of spout and cap?
Normally our MOQ is 100,000pcs.

How can I get customized products quotation?
We need your products details for quotation, and a closed quotation should include the below details:
1. material
2. full dimension
3. unit weight
4. order quantity
If you have real sample that will be perfect for customized products, it normally should develop a new mould for production, but different mould cavity, different output, and different unit cost will make it better, so if you have idea of your mold-making requirements, it will be better; otherwise, we need your order quantity to calculate a proper mould design.
