What if I got some defective mold/products?
We will take full responsibility for our default. We will implement the fastest remedy to rework or reproduce on our account. As for parts, we will exchange good products or refund you immediately. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Can we have a sample before bulk production?
Yes, sure! A sample before production is necessary. We can provide a free sample to you if we have one, but freight will be collected on your side. For custom design, we will need to charge a certain sampling cost, which can be refundable if your quantity reaches.
Payment terms:
If a sample cost, usually we use Western Union and PayPal payments. If the order amount is large, we usually use T/T payment. 50% T/T by deposit, 50% T/T By balance, we also accepted it. Before confirming the order, we would discuss it with each other.
May I get a sample to check your quality?
Of course, you can.We can offer the samples we have made before for free for your check, as long as shipping costs are not needed.
