What is your aftersales policy?
When discharging the goods at the customers' end, please inspect all the cartons.
If you find any breakage or defective products, please take pictures of the original cartons. Please present the claim within 15 working days after the container is discharged. This date is subject to the arrival time of the container.
We will advise certifying the claim by the third party or accepting the claim based on the samples or pictures presented by the customers. If the damage or defect is confirmed to have been caused by us, we will replace all the goods or refund the money to the customers.
My quotation will be more efficient and faster , if you can provide below information:
1. You want price per kg or per pc. if pc, please provide the size (width and repeat) of one prints
2. Material structure and thickness
3. The printing area and color
4. If possible, please provide a picture or artwork of the packaging
5. Your purchase QTY
Payment terms:
If a sample cost, usually we use Western Union and PayPal payments. If the order amount is large, we usually use T/T payment. 50% T/T by deposit, 50% T/T By balance, we also accepted it. Before confirming the order, we would discuss it with each other.
How many days to receive sample ? What's your delivery time ?
About 3-5 days to get sample. Usually, it takes about 10–15 days for production; it also depends on the quality and quantity of the goods.
